For when you need the nuclear option, Launch 'code packs 20 watts into a lightweight solid black cherry cabinet. The preamp section utilizes a 12AX7 in self-biasing cascode topology, with an independent gain control, for big distortion on demand. The phase inverter and push-pull EL84 power stage is inspired by the "baby Marshalls" of the late 1960s. All this power is handled by a Jensen Mod 12" speaker.
