The Tyger

"Tyger Tyger, burning bright,
in the forests of the night;
what immortal hand or eye,
could frame thy fearful symmetry?"
The Tyger was a complex project to fulfill the wishes of a highly skilled and experience player. From the purfled-and-bound multiscale fretboard to the five-piece-laminate neck to the unique neck/body joint, every aspect was engineered for elegance at maximum performance.
The swamp ash body is chambered for lightness, and topped with a dramatic Cocobolo slab, with a matching headplate. The fretboard is multiscale from 25" to 26.25", of African blackwood. The neck is a laminate of dense old Indian rosewood with African blackwood stringers.
The two Alumitone DB7 pickups are complimented by Graph-tech piezos embedded in the ABM bridge. Running out in stereo they provide an extremely wide tonal palette.
