J-Stick

An electric guitar is fundamentally a simple object; to make it any simpler is a challenge. With an eye-catching angular design, J-stick accepts the challenge.

A single perfect board of Cocobolo Rosewood is the heart of the operation. Slick, stable and strong, it is an ideal neck material for this type of instrument. The curly maple fretboard and combination bridge/pickup cover are the only other wooden parts. Tucked into the tiny space under the bridge is a compact custom-made hum bucking pickup by Vintage Vibe, a hardwired tone control to mellow the sound, and a flush output jack. Special Gotoh tuners with locking, multi-height posts maintain optimum break angles and excellent tuning stability. It is naturally equipped with stainless steel frets and a dual-action truss rod for a long working life.
